Paperwork was minimal everything was streamlined even the credit check was done in seconds. Robert even had new plates and registration for my new vehicle. I took my old vehicle to Robert and traded in for the new one with no headache. I was driving my new car with new plates within minutes. Robert had them wash my car twice then had someone at BMW explain all the functions of the car to me before I left. After the buy Robert has maintained in contact with me to make sure everything with the car is good. In fact, he scheduled a service appointment on the same day without me having to call service myself, he took care of everything. When going to service the car I felt like a VIP. Once I entered the service area they had my name on a screen opened my door and gave me a BMW bottled water! I have recommended anyone who has told me they wanted to buy a car to Robert. They also wash your car for free of charge even if you took it everyday.! This place is the heaven of BMW and great service. More

Working with Mitch was easy and a pleasure. He shared the passion and excitement that I was hoping for being a first time BMW owner. I believe he enjoyed the experience as much as I did. Having the opportunity to tap into the knowledge and experience of a BMW certified genius, as Terence is, was extremely helpful to me to start off the ownership excitement that a BMW offers. Subsequent service, both situations, exceeded my expectations. The attention, concern and care that the service advisors provided as well as the technicians that worked on the car was outstanding. I had a lot of questions I had stopped by the dealership during the previous year to look at purchasing a vehicle. That is when I met Rob Marchhart. I had a lot of questions and took a 5 series for a test drive. At that time, my current vehicle was a 5 series purchased almost 10 years prior from Habberstad BMW in Huntington. Rob never made me feel like he was your typical "salesmen" just looking to sell me a car and move on to the next sale. I'm in the sales business myself and that approach would have turned me off immediately. I would have been out the door. Instead, he listened to what I was looking for and did a great job of recommending a vehicle that would best suit my needs. I told him it would be another 6 months before I could make the decision. I called him a few months later and we continued the conversation from where we left off. It worked out so well that both my wife and I purchased a vehicle from Rob. I have since referred a number of people to Rob that actually closed on cars with him as well.
