So there is a difference and not all dealers are the same. What makes Joel stand out is his honesty, his unabrasiveness and his gentle personality in that I never felt pressured or swayed. Yet, his suggestions were well needed in the past (ie. Road Hazard insurance) that ended up saving me thousands of dollars. I believe Joel did everything he could to get me the best deal for my 640 Grand Coupe. This included basically twisting my arm to get my butt down to the dealership on a Friday afternoon to do a test drive. This ended up saving me $1000 off the list price. Thank you Joel.
