I had a problem with one of my headlights---a trouble message was appearing in the car for a few days prior to me calling. I called David and he said to bring in the car the next day---which I did. He told me it would be about 45 minutes and would I like to wait---which I did. Almost to the minute the car was completed. I met with David and signed the invoice, no charge for the problem and went back to work. David has always been great and extremely responsive. It is really a pleasure dealing with this service group. More

I came to Rallye BMW for a good price and I must admit they defenitely delivered on that. I was happy with the price I got, but the delays and screw ups that made my entire experience as a whole a misera they defenitely delivered on that. I thought I had finally found the car and put down a deposit but later came to find out that the car went to another dealer and was supposedly sold, not sure how this happened since the deposit was supposed to secure the car. Then had to come back to choose another car but this repeat attemt at choosing a car was plagued with delays as well. While I understand it was not he dealerships fault to some degree when BMW delivers the car to them, the expectations they set as to when it would arrive was completely out of touch with reality. My anxiety was further compounded by the face that my lease was due back to another manufacturer and had to get extensions and the hassle made the experience made the experience more miserable. Also during my repeat visits the front desk staff could have been more friendly. The one silver lining in all this was that my sales person Ryan was excellent at replying to my numerous emails within minutes to keep me updated on the progress of the car although it was more bad news than good news was glad Overall not at all what I expected when I imagined what it would be like to buy a luxury car. Hmmm... was a good price worth the hassle? More

Ann Gang made the initial experience superb.. She made it feel like you had known her for a lifetime- Bert picked up and took on the sale, Everyone is always very busy, but they draw on other to help ou it feel like you had known her for a lifetime- Bert picked up and took on the sale, Everyone is always very busy, but they draw on other to help out. Brought my car in for oil change and engine light on. Also had non working I-drive for a very long time. I brought my car in for service and was surprised and pleased with how easily it went. There was no charge for my wndshield wipers that had to be replaced due to streaking.
