I purchased a 2011 loaner/demo that was 9 months old with 9,600 miles. Mike was fantastic right from the start. Our experience at Rallye BMW was excellent. Our client advocate, Bert Vargas , made the entire buying experience pleasant. He listened to our requirements, guided us to the right vehicle and managed to ke advocate, Bert Vargas , made the entire buying experience pleasant. He coached us in selecting the right options and was able to quickly locate the car we wanted. The entire process took less than one week to complete. Almost 1 week has passed since taking ownership of our new car and we have had no problems or found any defects. Mr. Vargas also gave us a follow-up call to make sure everything was satisfactory.
