My family has purchased cars from Rallye for over 20 years. It is clearly a first class establishment and you realize that the second you walk in the dealership. However, I am writing my review because of the exceptional service I received from Brian Cano. I HATE the car buying process. Generally it means dealing with pressure sales tactics and scummy salesmen. The service I received from Brian could not have been any better. He took customer service to an entirely new level. He was informative, patient, and helpful. I am a highly satisfied customer and that is not an easy task. I believe in rewarding exceptional customer service and therefore tell everyone I know that is in the market for a car to go and visit Brian – you will not be disappointed. I decided to make sure I explored all my options and went to Rallye and met with Eric, he not only matched the price from the competitor he made sure I had more options than what was originally offered to me. He was able to get my car that had a 4-6 week turn around time in 3 weeks and also made me aware of special promotions I was eligible for to discount my price even further. Joel Sobin has now sold me two cars. This was the second. He is such a good, genuinely caring dealer that I actually sought him out after my wife bought a car from another unnamed dealer that ended second. He is such a good, genuinely caring dealer that I actually sought him out after my wife bought a car from another unnamed dealer that ended up being a less than spectacular experience. So there is a difference and not all dealers are the same. What makes Joel stand out is his honesty, his unabrasiveness and his gentle personality in that I never felt pressured or swayed. Yet, his suggestions were well needed in the past (ie. Road Hazard insurance) that ended up saving me thousands of dollars. I believe Joel did everything he could to get me the best deal for my 640 Grand Coupe. This included basically twisting my arm to get my butt down to the dealership on a Friday afternoon to do a test drive. This ended up saving me $1000 off the list price. Thank you Joel. I cannot give enough praise to him and highly recommend him as a well knowlegeable, experienced dealer that is definitely on your side. I will go to no one else from this point forward. Dr. Doug More
