Little bump but Corrine's exceptional customer service was able to iron things out and have me leaving with the car of my choice. Corrine is an asset to Rallye and I hope she is valued as well. Although I ended up going above the budget I had set for myself I could sense Corinne sincere effort to help me get a deal that works. She is an outstanding asset to BMW and more so to Rallye. I guess the only draw back was waiting for the M4 to arrive and that has little to do with Rallye. I'm fairly young, but I've owned many new vehicles. I HATE Car shopping as much as shopping for clothes with my wife. That was my previous opinion before experiencing the Rallye "red carpet" treatment. I have to say, these guys have the sales process down to a science. They know how to sell by not over selling. I watched how the salespeople interacted with customers before I engaged with anyone at the dealership. The first thing I noticed was how friendly everyone was. I always dressed down when I shop because this technique usually telegraphs that I'm a waste of time resulting in the salesforce leaving you alone. But with Rallye it was different. No one assumed anything. You're treated like a king whether you're dressed like a bum or wall st. executive. The bottom line is when you leave Rallye, you don't feel like you need to try to find your wallet to make sure it's still there. I can't recommend George Javier enough. He's a true gentleman and scholar. Just stop by his desk. He's won every award BMW's ///M division gives to salespeople. More

Worst experience ever at a car dealership. I have never encountered such rudeness in a service industry. From the moment the receptionist Tiffany answered I got an attitude. We are new to the I have never encountered such rudeness in a service industry. From the moment the receptionist Tiffany answered I got an attitude. We are new to the area and long time BMW drivers, and when they found we had not bought our car from them and they couldn't "find us in the system" they were not interested in servicing our car in an emergency. We ended up having to have our car towed to the dealership since they were the nearest option, and I hoped when I picked up the car their attitude would change, but it was the same. We are long time 750/760 customers, so this is unfortunate for them. I would never deal with this dealership again. I'll pay to have it towed to Manhattan next time even if I have to pay out of pocket. More
