My experience in buying directly from BMW was the best experience I've had in comparison with other dealerships, hands down. Paperwork was minimal everything was streamlined even the credit check was done in seconds. Robert even had new plates and registration for my new vehicle. I took my old vehicle to Robert and traded in for the new one with no headache. I was driving my new car with new plates within minutes. Robert had them wash my car twice then had someone at BMW explain all the functions of the car to me before I left. After the buy Robert has maintained in contact with me to make sure everything with the car is good. In fact, he scheduled a service appointment on the same day without me having to call service myself, he took care of everything. When going to service the car I felt like a VIP. Once I entered the service area they had my name on a screen opened my door and gave me a BMW bottled water! I have recommended anyone who has told me they wanted to buy a car to Robert. They also wash your car for free of charge even if you took it everyday.! This place is the heaven of BMW and great service. More

I am one of those people who likes to lease cars and get a new one every three years. The second I walked into Rallye BMW I knew this was the place for me. Everyone is extremely nice and professional. I am a t-shirt and jeans guy and I am treated the same as if I was wearing a $2000 suit. Dominick DeChiara in the sales department is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. I have already recommended him to two people who also bought cars. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything BMW. Even after the sale I still keep in touch with him, and he is happy to help me with any questions of concerns I have. The service department is also excellent. I feel like everybody in there knows my name and that's not just because I like to take advantage of the free car washes. Gianni Marini is a terrific service advisor. He always gets me a quick appointment with a loaner car. The last time I was in for service, he surprised me by doing the oil change that was due soon, without me even asking for it. Now that's service. I highly recommend this dealership. More
