From the moment I sat down, the initial price that was offered was far below what the other dealers were offering. Also, I had some doubts about the color combination of the vehicle at first and was givi offered was far below what the other dealers were offering. But even through that Gabriel was very patient and helpful throughout the whole buying process. He was a true professional every step of the sales process. I would definitely recommend Gabriel and the Rallye BMW to anyone I know who is considering a luxury vehicle. Rallye family truly has the best sales staff. I also have a Mercedes SLK from Rallye Mercedes and they were fantastic too. More

I have been a customer of Rallye since 1984 and have purchased a number of vehicles through a number of salesmen. Gabriel has been the youngest and by far, the most knowledgable salesman that I have wor purchased a number of vehicles through a number of salesmen. Gabriel has been the youngest and by far, the most knowledgable salesman that I have worked with at Rallye over that 30 years. He was informative, polite, patient with my wife and I and above all very, very Professional. He followed up was impressive. Gabriel made our final decision very easy. When we picked up the car Dillion and Gabriel made the experience very exciting. The bottom line is that when I am ready to buy another vehicle, I will be asking for Gabriel. More
I used to have a friend, Henry Lou who worked for Rallye forever. I have bought 4 BMWs from him in the past 6 years. Right after he left I went to buy another car and was immediately put off by the sneaky s forever. I have bought 4 BMWs from him in the past 6 years. Right after he left I went to buy another car and was immediately put off by the sneaky sales tactics. so I drove all the way out to BMW of Bayshore to find Henry who sold me the same car for $10k less! I still had to bring my car to Rallye to get serviced as they are much close to where I live. Big mistake! Carol Muniz, was my service advisor. the whole time she spent with me she spent trying to upsell me on services I did not need. This was weird as Rallye was not like this in the past. I turned down everything. She rapid fired another bunch of services she was going to have done on the car. she said nothing about cost so I thought it was regular FREE maintenance. Guess what? when I went to pick up they car they hit me with a $330 bill. I refused to pay. they released the car only after I gave them a copy of my license and card. they promised they would not run card AND I wrote on the credit card authorization form " I DO NOT AUTHORIZE ANY CHARGE'. Next day the service manager calls me and feed me a bunch of insincere apologies and how because I am the customer I am right even when I am wrong. After 15 minutes he agrees to waive the charges. I find out later that day Rallye tried to run my credit card and it was declined. LOL! he was only calling to try and collect money! By the way, Carol emails me and tells me she clearly explained to me the charges. and said I agreed to it. I am stupid enough to agree to pay $300 to have a bottle of fuel additive to be added to my gas tank? you must be kidding me! CAROL MUNIZ. Watch out everyone. she is a sneaky one!....these people, they are all very polite and courteous but all dirty....don't believe me....next time you go and get your car serviced and not pay attention to the contracts you sign or leave a less than 5 star rating on their reviews. see what happens! I'm very happy with the new bmw x3 I got from rallye . I carefully shopped many bmw dealerships and coming from Mercedes I intended to get another but Gabriel hale my guy made good points why their cars . So far I'm enjoying the car very much with my wife and 2 children much more than my benz although still getting adjusted to the new gadgets in here. As far as the negotiation went I had better offers on the same x3 in 3 other bmw dealerships but Gabriel was competitive and came close to what I was being offered which was fine for me considering he was more involved and helpful than anybody and deserved my business .
