I had a lot of questions and took a 5 series for a test drive. At that time, my current vehicle was a 5 series purchased almost 10 years prior from Habberstad BMW in Huntington. Rob never made me feel like he was your typical "salesmen" just looking to sell me a car and move on to the next sale. I'm in the sales business myself and that approach would have turned me off immediately. I would have been out the door. Instead, he listened to what I was looking for and did a great job of recommending a vehicle that would best suit my needs. I told him it would be another 6 months before I could make the decision. I called him a few months later and we continued the conversation from where we left off. It worked out so well that both my wife and I purchased a vehicle from Rob. I have since referred a number of people to Rob that actually closed on cars with him as well.
