I had the pleasure of meeting Gabriel a year ago and at that time things did not work out solely because of the trade in of our existing car. I am very pleased with the vehicle purchased (3 series Xi) and although it is a 2011 model, the p-certification program through rallye is great. Just when we think this dealership was class A for all these years, we were paired up with Gabriel Hale in which he raised the bar to A++++. The experience was unmatched by any other in the past because of his expertise in the product and enthusiasm helping us get the perfect deal . I never paid full asking price for a new car but he carefully explained why it was at a premium and chose the select financing to bring my payment close to what I was at on my older x5 and now miles are not restricted . It's refreshing to see the hiring of youthful and talented staff because its what every company needs to improve.
