The professionalism, friendliness, respect, and courtesy that I was shown by Robert, Melissa, Kareem, and Tim at Rallye BMW is FAR SUPERIOR to anything i've ever experienced. I've purchased cars from Honda, Acura, and Audi but was BLOWN AWAY by Rallye BMW. Honda was OK. Acura was good. Audi was great. BMW was EVEN BETTER. Robert will have my business for many years to come. I was very impressed by his sincere and genuine manner. He made me feel like an important client and accommodated every request I had. Kareem took the customer experience to another level. He really knows what he's doing and his showroom experience made my jaw drop. Melissa was thorough, kind, and seemed to truly care about me. Tim's knowledge of cars was unbelievable and he encouraged me to spend as much time with the car as possible during my test drive. I was never rushed or pressured by anyone throughout the entire buying experience. If you are in the market for a BMW, go to Rallye! Ask for Robert and he will take care of you like family. More
You must read this review! I was about to make a giant mistake on a completely impractical car. Then I called Pierre at Rallye BMW and everything changed. I gave him my budget and what I was looking for in my car. Within one hour, I had four full quotes and vehicle specs. He had put together exactly what I needed and wanted. I work less than 5 minutes from the dealership so I drove over to meet him and test drive the two cars that I was interested in. As I walked in the dealership, I saw the car that I really wanted - a brand new M235ixdrive convertible in metallic black with red leather. Expecting half a laugh, I asked Pierre what the numbers on the car look like. He quickly told me that it was within dollars of what I was looking at. Sold. I drove a sedan and 10 minutes later we were in his office starting the paperwork. He suggested that I take the tire and rim insurance. I was skeptical, thinking that it could just be an effort for the dealership to make more money on the lease, but after remembering some of my friend's stories about their low profile tires and rims, I decided to go for it. And here is where the story gets good...... I scheduled the delivery for my new awesome car on a Friday at 3:00pm. The experience was phenomenal. Pierre had all of the paperwork ready to go. The actual delivery experience where they review all of the features of the car with you was special (it is something extraordinary when everyone in the dealership lets you know that you just bought their favorite car in the place and how much fun you are going to have driving it). I headed home, got my son and his hockey gear and headed to Philly for two games that he had the next day (I didn't even get a chance to go inside my house). At approxiamtely 8:05pm I was on the NJ turnpike heading south and I was approaching exit 11 when I heard what sounded like a missile hitting my front driver's side tire. I immediatley got a waring message that I had sustained serious tire damage and to proceed with caution. I pulled over, checked the tire, confirmed that it had blown out and then went back in my car. My son was scared and I was about to go into feak-out mode. I wasn't thinking too clearly at the moment and I didn't know who to call. I had no idea what the BMW roadside assistance number is and my SOS connection in the car wasn't activated yet (I had just picked up the car 4 hours earlier). I called Pierre. And he answered. Right away. After he gave me the information that I needed (BMW roadside assistance and name and loctaion of nearest BMW dealer), he said - "Don't worry. I am getting in my car now. I will come and get you and drive you and your son home and we will deal with the car in the morning." I was blown away. I told him thank you, but I will get a tow to the dealership and deal with the car in the morning. He proceeded to check in on us throughout the evening and next morning. When I was at the dealer the next morning, I was told that my tire and rim insurance wasn't yet in the insurer's computer system because I picked up the car so late in the day on Friday. Pierre to the rescue again. He spoke to the service techinicians who were assisting me at Open Road BMW (John Ladany and Jin Yoon - also both excellent) and I was on my way in 90 minutes with a new tire. Pierre is a professional. There is simply no other way to put it. He goes above and beyond what he has to do - every time. I can't be happier that I picked up the phone and asked him to help me from making a mistake. He is hands down the best car salesman that I have ever worked with. I am also now proud to call him my friend. He has a client for life. More

The home-run about this experience was how comfortable he made the process when putting down towards the deal. It made everything feel as perfect as going through an experience can be. Kareem Holman displayed such amazing professionalism and great knowledge of the test drive experience. A true specialist of his position. Wallace Leung went the distance to seal the deal and ironed out all questions and concerns. He also provided further recommendations which were truly appreciated. Best Car Buying Experience! I was in need of a new car in a short time frame and I turned to Rallye BMW from all the great reviews I have heard. Called in and spoke with Samantha I was in need of a new car in a short time frame and I turned to Rallye BMW from all the great reviews I have heard. Called in and spoke with Samantha who was extremely helpful! She was kind enough to set me up for an appointment with one of the Senior Sales Advisors Sharonda. Upon my first visit Sharonda was already waiting for me in the showroom at the front desk. Throughout the whole process she was a tremendous help and a pleasure to work with!!! Sharonda was able to get me the car I wanted in the short time I had to obtain. I am so extremely satisfied and in love with my new BMW! I would highly recommend Sharonda, Samantha and Rallye BMW to anyone who asks! More

Sunday Rallye was closed, which gave me time to ponder on my decision, discuss it with my family, and by Monday morning I was back at Rallye to test drive the two M Series models. Bob wanted to make sure that I ended up with what I wanted in my BMW, and did not just settle for what was available in inventory. He let me know over and over that I can order any car that I want and have it custom built for my liking, and yet I kept pushing him to check other dealerships. In the end I did exactly what he recommended, which was to design it exactly to my liking and will wait patiently for the 30 days to build and the 30 days to deliver. Four hours later, two test drives, lots of questions for the BMW Genius, 3 bottles of water, and a large screen review of my car, I wound up ordering my ultimate driving machine (M435i Xdrive). Since I am typically a person that looks for immediate gratification, this will be very hard for me to have to wait for 60 days to take delivery. Bob stayed with me the entire time and in the end, welcomed me into the Rallye BMW family. I thank Bob profusely and can not wait for the day I pick up the new BMW, and the years of service to follow at Rallye. More
