Before I came to Rallye my experiences were nightmares. Rallye makes them dreams. My Sales Advisor is Nick Soldo who has been with me for going on 15 years. His honesty, no pressure salesmanship and personality and let me add patience, made this past experience the best! It is a no-brainer experience. Nick finds the car that fits your budget and I don't do another thing until the vehicle is delivered..and even then he walks me down to see it. He is on top of every detail and goes above and beyond. His sense of humor and genuine care for each customer is why we all return and there are many of us. Last week upon pick up I was fortunate to have Joe Giangarra deliver our car and go over the new features. His patience and his explanation of each detail made this pick up the best that we have ever experienced. This same car was leased at another dealership by someone at my job who paid $45 more a month than I did! They also had issues with hidden costs. I am happy to say my experience was to the penny and again, my Advisor Nick Soldo ensured that every detail to the last penny was explained. Best BMW Experience I decided to go to Rallye BMW after I saw a Certified Pre Owned vehicle on their inventory website. Shortly after I arrived I was linked up with, which probably is one of the most genuine salesperson I've ever met, Peter Diaz. He brought my family and me up to see the car I was interested in and right from the beginning he was very honest with us on the condition of, not only that car, but other cars available that we had been looking at. He knew exactly what I was looking for, and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. He told us about one car in particular that I had not even known about that was just returned from a lease. Without question, and without even seeing the car, we knew this was the one I would purchase. Peter had the utmost patience, understanding, and caring nature towards me and my family as we were working with him to purchase the car. There were some bumps in the process that I needed to work out, and through it all Peter never lost his patience, never made me or my family feel rushed, and was very understanding of our situation which allowed us to feel comfortable when making a purchase such as this one.
