The Rallye Car Buying Experience As soon as I arrived to consider purchasing a 2016 BMW X5 the reception staff assigned me a genius to provide information about the available X5 model As soon as I arrived to consider purchasing a 2016 BMW X5 the reception staff assigned me a genius to provide information about the available X5 model types, engines, color, and options. Once I made my selections, they were input by the genius to an IPAD to generate a computer monitor picture of the Car Build with the equipment I wanted. Thus, I had a visual of the car I wanted and the estimated MSRP sales price. Next, I was introduced to the assigned sales person, Robert Chae, who quickly discussed the pricing, auto trade options, and quoted a reasonable sales price. In summary, this was one of the most professional, no hassle, and simple car buying experiences. More

Upset 😭 I brought my car from Rally BMW about a year ago. I had nothing but problems with the car. It stayed in the shop. I was sleeping one night and I hea I brought my car from Rally BMW about a year ago. I had nothing but problems with the car. It stayed in the shop. I was sleeping one night and I heard my car alarm going off so I jump out of bed so I could turn it off so I do not disturb the neighbors. I look outside and my car is on fire. The car fire cought my house garage and the car on the side of it up. I have contacted BMW who will not return any of my phone calls. They told me the car was Certified and the day after I brought it the frount Windshield cracked I took it to the shop and they told me that it is not a BMW windshield I asked them how is that possible I only had the car a day... I'm so frustrated that no one will return my calls at BMW. My home was destroyed from the car catching fire when it was not even on. So frustrated and upsetting.. More
