I don't know how he did it but he managed to get us into the same vehicle (brand new) X3, saving us over $30.00/month and upgraded features including xenon lights. Bert introduced us to the extended family of Rallye resources included Terence Palmer who did a terrific job walking us through the car's features while others helped us to migrate our personal items between vehicles.
