Wow don't use the service department When replacing a faulty motor The service department used spray painted duct tape to repair the weatherstripping in my car. Doubt that's BMWs specs... Outstanding Knowledge and Customer Service I had a wonderful experience at Rallye BMW. As soon as I drove in, the valet team was fast and efficient with a minor hiccup: I asked for Carol Clark I had a wonderful experience at Rallye BMW. As soon as I drove in, the valet team was fast and efficient with a minor hiccup: I asked for Carol Clark Muniz, but the gentleman called Bret, which was awesome because I was able to meet such a good man. Once I told Bret I had an appointment with Carol, he immediately went to get her and caught her up with my vehicle's progress. He's attentive to detail and very courteous. Overall, my experience was great. Now I'd like to say that Carol is amazing as always. She really knows her BMWs. Carol is not only kinds, efficient and profession but she's also a people person that listened my concerns and answered all my questions. Carol is patient and a good problem solver, I absolutely love the service I received. My car was given back to me in no time, with all issues professionally addressed and washed. I feel safe when driving my vehicle, thanks to the staff at Rallye BMW. More
