L.I.E. Pothole xxxx L.I.E. Pothole took out my rim & tire. BMW roadside assistance came picked up the car with a flatbed with no issues. I road in the truck from Holtsvil L.I.E. Pothole took out my rim & tire. BMW roadside assistance came picked up the car with a flatbed with no issues. I road in the truck from Holtsville back to Rallye. Checked the car in, gave me a loaner was back to work within an hour. Adam Romano my sales advisor called me back right away @ 7:30am when I txt’ed him I have an emergency. Walked me thru what I should do and made a crazy morning a lot easier. When you go to see Adam it’s like seeing a friend you haven’t seen in awhile. He always makes you feel welcome.
