Worst dealership experience ever I went to Rallye on July 26th, 2018 to get my vehicle serviced. The technician assured me that servicing would only take about an hour, and also told I went to Rallye on July 26th, 2018 to get my vehicle serviced. The technician assured me that servicing would only take about an hour, and also told me that the service documents would be sent to me via email. I signed my car return papers on the same day, as I was promised that my car would be serviced on that day. I didn't receive any notification or communication from the service department on that day nor the day after, so I called Rallye on July 30th, 2018. The technician told me the service member was working on the documentation and that I should receive it by the end of the business day on July 30th, 2018. I didn't receive any updates, so I called again and was able to speak to the specific service technician who was supposed to service my car. He informed me that the dealership lost the keys to my car, which caused a delay in the service. He said as of July 31st, 2018 that my vehicle has still not received the service as promised on July 26th, 2018. Nobody in the service department thought to contact me to inform me of the delay and the issues that had occurred. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to, and the most I have had to follow up with any company for anything. More
Worst sales experience ever - deceptive business practices On the first week of June, I visited the dealer to discuss lease end options as my current lease was coming to an end. On June 12th, 2018 he provided me with an offer that I accepted via email and it was for a price of 399/month for a new leased vehicle. I provided my documentation to the salesperson including a copy of my drivers license on June 13th, 2018. We discussed the necessary steps to return the car and I promptly completed my AutoVIN inspection and paid to fix the car per BMW's lease end return policies. From the last correspondence on June 13th, the salesperson was not responsive via email nor phone call. Finally, on June 28th I called the salesperson who still did not pick up my call. I then proceeded to call the dealership directly, and asked to be transferred to him. It was then, that I was able to get in contact with him. He told me that the "June pricing" specials were no longer available, which included the offer that we had already agreed on. He then offered a "July pricing" special which included a used vehicle for this price. The salesperson never made it clear that the offer provided on June 12th was only for that month. I consistently tried to contact him to no avail. Through his intentional deceptive and evasive communication practices, he delayed my lease return by a month. More

Gabriel is an honest and reliable gentleman and I would trust him with any person I refer. I have referred about 8 of my friends and family members already and every person is beyond satisfied. I can say hands down Gabriel Hale is the best person to see when you visit rallye Bmw. More
