Exceptional customer service!!! This was our first and last stop on our journey to lease our first BMW. Originally, we were planning on going to other dealers to explore our options, This was our first and last stop on our journey to lease our first BMW. Originally, we were planning on going to other dealers to explore our options, but we met with Len Brechner and it was a no brainer. He was so helpful and realistic with explaining everything in detail. All of our questions were answered and he made us feel so comfortable. I’m beyond grateful and happy with my purchase. If you go to Rallye, please go to Len. You won’t regret it!! Hope to see him for my next lease!!! More
unhappy for the first time after many years i called last week, spoke to your service dept and was told my message would be relayed to the manager and i would receive a call back. nothing. i c i called last week, spoke to your service dept and was told my message would be relayed to the manager and i would receive a call back. nothing. i complained about the replacement key charge. i was told when i dropped the car off that it costs about $300 to replace a key. i was not told $96 to program the key. it that something i could have done with an explanation? but to charge to replace the actual key within the key; $91. that is taking not right. when i asked to replace my lost key, i expected to get my key replaced the way it was given to me when i received my car, programmed and with the inside integrated. i can almost understand the programming charge, but to be charged for the inside hard key. that is part of replacing the key i lost. i was not told, before the service, about the two additional charges. i am not complaining about brett, i am complaining about the process. Emergency tire repair This week I ran into a problem when one of the tires on my car went flat due to damage to the sidewall. Unfortunately, I was not able to have the tir This week I ran into a problem when one of the tires on my car went flat due to damage to the sidewall. Unfortunately, I was not able to have the tire repaired locally because I did not have the wheel lock key that was needed to remove the wheel. I called Rallye and they helped me to get BMW Roadside Assistance to tow my car to Rallye's service center. Workers at the center were able to unlock the wheel, change the tire and change the locks on all of the vehicle's wheels and provide me with a new working wheel lock key. The workers at Rallye were courteous, professional and provided first-rate service. The cost of the service was reasonable. More
