Whirl wind of a service Brought it in for routine maintenance, seat heater repair, console clip repair and a headlight LED repair. This took well over 2 weeks to correct. The representative was excellent at communicating but it seems like getting the vehicle fixed and corrected was low on the priority. Also, BMW typically will vacuum out the interior and wash exterior prior to returning the car to the owner. Third row and trunk area were never touched and I also found a broken piece of interior trim plastic on the passenger floor. All around this visit was a hot mess. More

Very convenient and accommodating Everyone was very professional and helpful-Only complaint I have is the one time in 4 years she brought the car in to be washed she was told there was Everyone was very professional and helpful-Only complaint I have is the one time in 4 years she brought the car in to be washed she was told there was an hour and a half wait and that was usually the waiting period-If that's true all the time don't offer the free car wash. An hour and a half of my time is worth a lot mote than saving $15 More
