Some times when I’m in a pre-buying phase I’ll call him to let him know what I’m thinking about and he’ll get back to me with details on cars coming in. So when my daughter decided to buy her first car that wasn’t under my name, I called Bob who was working at home due to the pandemic. He sent us all the Pictures, details And Carfax via email and set up an appointment to test drive a 2017 X1 that my daughter loved. He then walked us trough the trade with out even bringing the car into the dealership.Finally he presented our offer to the Sales Manager Hasan Barakat who painlessly processed the sale Paperwork the day we picked the car up. The only complaint I have--and it has occurred twice in a row--is that when I pick up my car after service, the wait time is excessive (up to 30 minutes). The car should be prepped, cleaned, washed, etc. and ready to go when I am called to pick it up. I'm fine waiting for a few minutes, but it's always more than 20... Thanks, Mike More
