Customer service is not the focus of the management. Brought the car back 3(three) times after the initial visit - to fix the tire pressure warning issue. Not only they were unable to identify and fix the issue, the overall handling of the situation was unprofessional. Had to take it to another dealer in the end. Who got it fixed in under 4 (four) minutes - literally. If you are looking to waste your time ang get aggravated come to Rallye. If you are looking to deal with competent people that pay attention to what you are saying you are better off going elsewhere. More
