The cost of service should be reduced i only came in for an evaluation/check-up and it was over $200 nothing was fixed. Shuttle service would have been helpful or they should pay for an Uber/Lyft to pick me up and bring me back to the dealer to pick up my car. I know my last car was a Mercedes and they they provide that service. My service rep didn't call to update me on the status of my car, it was there all day. I realized if i didn't call it would have probably been there overnight. But to be fair I realize they were very busy. I guess i didn't expect service to take so long, especially since I was only their to diagnose an issue not to fix the issue. Service took basically all day. Approx 10am-until after 5p. More

Came in for a bubble in my tire for a car I purchased at a BMW dealer in CT. I purchased a tire warranty over there and was told at the service center that they wouldn’t take it and made me pay out of pocke a BMW dealer in CT. I purchased a tire warranty over there and was told at the service center that they wouldn’t take it and made me pay out of pocket. Afterwards, I called every other bmw dealership in the area to see if they honor the same warranty and they all said that they would and the warranty company said Rallye didn’t even call them, they just started a claim and that’s it, they basically wanted me to do the work of getting my money back instead of honoring my legitimate bmw tire warranty. That’s ridiculous, they should honor the warranty instead of have the customer pay up front and deal with the claim. Aside from that, the tire was replaced and everything does function as it should. Customer service was good and they were nice enough, just really thrown off by the lack of service with my warranty. More

Robert Wachsman is a consummate professional. I have enjoyed working with Bob for more than a decade. We were supposed to get a new lease this year, BMW cancelled production .Bob handled all the issues enjoyed working with Bob for more than a decade.
