I’m less than 90day into my lease and after my experience with the service dept I regret my purchase. The tire sensor light kept coming on even after adding air. I didn’t have an appt and brought the car to with the service dept I regret my purchase. The tire sensor light kept coming on even after adding air. I didn’t have an appt and brought the car to service at 8:15am. I was told they didn’t have a loaner available since I didn’t have an appt and Monday’s are their busiest day. I obviously didn’t expect to have an issue with the car so soon. I would think since I was told as part of my lease I would be given a loaner they would keep stock on hand for customer in similar situations but instead I paid $12 for an Uber. I complained while at the location and was never offered a home ( which was less than 10mins away). I asked for a call back from my sales rep and never received one until I emailed a photo of my tire pressure reading after picking the car up. I was given the car with different amounts in each tire one had almost 40 while the rest were at 35. I’m not sure why they would service the car for an issue with the tires, tell me they will check all 4 tires and turn around and give me the car like that. I can’t help but to think since I opted not to purchase a new tire for $400 they didn’t care much about me after that point. When I mentioned my experience with the service dept to my sales rep, he explained someone should’ve offered me a ride home and he would have a service manager call me to “ make things right”. I received another call where I guess making it right was telling me how great my experience should’ve been along with the traditional sorry for what took place. So much for luxury service to go with my luxury car! More
