There was a small glitch when it came time to pick up my new RDX. The salesman called me to tell me that they had prepped the wrong car. I don’t blame the salesman for this error but I was almost at the dea new RDX. The salesman called me to tell me that they had prepped the wrong car. One other item was being told that the free Sirius radio subscription was for 6 months when it was for only three. If it wasn’t for these somewhat minor hiccups, I would have given five stars. More

Initial invoice for the car had a $2k mistake (overcharge) on it. Car delivered without paid-for option due to wait for parts. Brought car for option installation, quoted 3 hours. Spent 8 hour (overcharge) on it. Car delivered without paid-for option due to wait for parts. Brought car for option installation, quoted 3 hours. Spent 8 hours in waiting room. Service dept cosmetically damaged car during installation. Had to wait another couple weeks for replacement parts. Dropped off car for fix of dealer-caused damage. Expected 1-2 days for fix. Took 8 days. During which time the loaner car they provided got scratched on the bumper. Charged $500 for loaner damage. If Rallye had delivered the car with the requested option, or had installed it properly the first time, OR had corrected their damage in 2 days instead of 8, the loaner car never would have been damaged. All Rallye's fault, but customer made to pay. Will not return. More
