Rallye Acura was one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. Danny Park truly was the best, he helped me find the perfect MDX and we’re very happy with it. I’ve serviced my car at Rallye Acura for years. When I came in last time a loaner wasn’t available and I was told I should bring my car back for an issue at a later date. I took time off from work When I came in last time a loaner wasn’t available and I was told I should bring my car back for an issue at a later date. I took time off from work to bring the car back a month later and was told they were understaffed and my car wouldn’t be looked at for 1-2 weeks and should leave my car there. This is simply unacceptable. Needless to say I didn’t leave my car and will now have to get this resolved at a later date again or elsewhere. Very disappointing. More
