Staff is Finally Great, Work...Not So Much So, after years of good work but some less than joyful staff interactions I was delighted to find that the current staff is finally one I love to work So, after years of good work but some less than joyful staff interactions I was delighted to find that the current staff is finally one I love to work with! Jackie, Nick, Lisa, and Stefanie are amazing and have been wonderful during all of the madness I’m about to describe. Praise ends here. About a month ago I brought my car in for new tires, balance, and alignment. Had it done, paid (too much), and went on my way. A week later I was back with a shake in the car that was discovered to be due to cross threading some lugs and no balance (seriously guys? wth). Fixed for free, okay everyone messes up, no harm done. 2 weeks later BACK AGAIN with a shake but now it’s bent wheels. 4 of them. And I was only hearing about them on round 3. Pretty safe to say this was a huge fail all around for their mechanics. Needless to say if a center can’t change some tires it makes me nervous about them fixing my brakes BUT the front end staff was great so maybe it evens out? You be the judge. More

Used Forester Great experience with the customer service and sales teams. Easy to work with and helpful. Listened well to what I could pay and made it work with my Great experience with the customer service and sales teams. Easy to work with and helpful. Listened well to what I could pay and made it work with my trade in and the price of the car. Finance seemed a bit pushy with the additional items to purchase though. Realized after the fact that the warranty I wanted wasn’t what I ended up with. Wanted to extend the timing of the warranty I had not add additional coverage for the current warranty on the car. Overall was happy and will return next time I make a car purchase. More
Poor Diagnosis.. Nothing fixed.. 2018 Impreza 5door MT w/18k miles. Issue: Oil consumption. My '18 (brand new) Impreza has never, not once, got to 3k miles without the low oil sen 2018 Impreza 5door MT w/18k miles. Issue: Oil consumption. My '18 (brand new) Impreza has never, not once, got to 3k miles without the low oil sensor lighting up. Apparently, based on what Tom Midwood told me a couple of days ago, it is perfectly normal for a brand new car to burn half (or more) of the oil between services (6k miles), and that I should just keep a qt or two with me in the car and top off as needed to protect my investment. If the car needs oil at 3k miles, then, make the intervals 3k miles not 6k miles. Rafferty put in a new short block at 13,968 miles and this has NOT fixed the issue. The light came up again at about 16,500 miles, and they saw me at 18,200 miles (due to their availability not mine) when apparently it was down 1.1qts (admittedly better than before if true, yet, still not right) and I was told to just get used to it. This car has only been touched/service by Rafferty. I asked to be shown the oil level at pick up and Tom confirmed it was overfilled (probably in an attempt to show less amount burn and prolong the timing/distance of the light coming up again). To make things worst, I was given a printout of bulletin # 02-157-14R that references known issues with Imprezas from 2012 to 2015.. and told to keep that in mind (when there are no references to 2018 Imprezas in it). I requested a print of all my history with them and will be taking "my investment" to another dealership in hopes of better diagnosis and commitment to make my vehicle work as expected. a. More
