Not What it Used to Be We have been dealing with Rafferty for several years (this was our 8th Subaru from Rafferty) and I was disappointed with this experience. The persona We have been dealing with Rafferty for several years (this was our 8th Subaru from Rafferty) and I was disappointed with this experience. The personal touch seems to have been lost. I wanted to work with a specific salesperson, I was told when he would be available and made an appointment, but when I arrived, I was told he was busy with other customers and was given another salesperson. There were items that I wanted installed at delivery of the vehicle that were not included and the 2nd key FOB was lost and I haven’t received a replacement yet. I felt that the entire experience was disorganized and impersonal which was not our experience in the past. This left me very disappointed and I almost regret my purchase now. I will say that Mike in Finance was great to work with. More
