I took my car in for recalls. My only complaint is that I was asked for an updated contact number so I gave the rep my cell with instructions to call me (not my husband because I was the one who would pick I was asked for an updated contact number so I gave the rep my cell with instructions to call me (not my husband because I was the one who would pick up the car). She took my cell, highlighted it on the form and my husband was still called. Not the end of the world but frustrating. More
