I realized I started my car search looking for a Subaru Crosstrek, the one on my list was a little pricey and just not what I ended up really wanting. I realized this while working with Marty Smith to find my new (to me) car. Marty's knowledge and personal touch helped guide me to a car much better suited to my needs. The car I ended up getting was in the repair shop, and not available to view in the lot, so Marty went above and beyond by letting me view the car in the garage. From there he sent updates as far as when I could test drive the car, and made sure I was able to place a deposit to keep the car reserved while it was detailed and prepared for final sale. Marty's laid back approach put me at ease and made me feel like I was getting the car I really wanted instead of the car he wanted to sell. I would absolutely recommend Rafferty Subaru, and I'd recommend asking for Marty! More
