I honestly don't believe I've ever had such a horrible service experience. Ambrosio was kind and efficient, but in general - the group was extremely bad. Finally someone approached my car and told me to stand 'over there'. (He informed the two people that pulled in after me to do the same). There were three employees at three desks and it was 5 minutes before anyone spoke. Finally the one on the phone said 'someone will be with your shortly'. It was about 10 minutes before Ambrosio was available to help. He remembered me from earlier that morning (an equally disorganized occasion, where we had set the appointment.). He gave me a time of about 1:15pm. At 1:30pm I went to see what was happening. He went to check and said he'd let me know. It was finally done at 2. The time wasn't the issue. It was the carelessness of the employees. My husband even had words with one the day before when bringing the car in at 2pm and being told he should have brought it in earlier cause they were not taking any other cars ... (they close at 4... smh). Customer service is simple... easy.. FREE. It's actually pretty mindless too. So it's just inconceivable that these guys are unable to provide any. More
