Worst experience ever. I contacted the dealership a month before I was to buy the car. I was traveling across country and wanted the car ready when I arrived in town. I was promised that the car I wa month before I was to buy the car. I was traveling across country and wanted the car ready when I arrived in town. I was promised that the car I wanted would be there waiting for me. I did everything to buy the car before hand so that it would be ready when I got there. I was paying for the car, no financing. They would not allow me to buy it before I got there. When I arrived that car I wanted with just the basic package was not there. They wanted me to buy a more expensive car. The old bait and switch routine. I refused and went to Riverside Nissan where I was treated with professionalism. The manager at Raceway should be fired. He argued with me and my wife and accused my of threatened him. He created a very hostile environment. Hopefully Nissan Corporate will look into this and have this manager fired. Don't buy at Raceway Nissan. More
Bought car at 9pm, told to be at service at 0700. Servive was to change rims and I was promised the night before it would take an hour or so. Come 12 noon I was done. Wife called up to speak with a manager and spoke to Steve Buss. he was very rude with her, unprofessional and hung up when asked why it took so long. Service manager was asked several times about delay and the answer was always, its next! Mr. Buss said the tires were sent out from the dealership, You mean you are not able to change tires at your dealership !!! Please beware when you are there for service. there big mistake is that you can watch the mechanics thru a window I recommend this and dont let them get away with working on other customers. felt like i was treated with no regard and had just spent money on a new car. Suggest you deal with hector but if Buss is on duty stay away, go to Riverside Nissan, much more friendly and nicer to the wifes. Mr. Buss, learn some manners, get with the program and be nice to the customers and learn some respect when doing business. You are the one who gives dealerships bad raps. You need a new job maybe your burned out!! so get out, let the nice ones at the dealership take over. I recommend you watch your car and service time and dont let them take advantage of you. More
On August 7, 2011 I bought a 2012 Altima from Joveal Bungay at Raceway. It was the most pleasant buying experience I have had in years. They did everything they said they would and more. I was concerned about some earlier internet comments about the firm, but learned that new ownership took over in early 2011. They did an outstanding job for me, and I would highly recommend them. With minimal experience on buying cars, Joveal Bungay a very friendly staff of Raceway Nissan guided us and explained in details all the necessary informations that we needed, and also accompanied us through out the deal. He exerted so much effort to meet our needs, and to give us an extraordinary satisfaction and experience on buying a car. I definitely recommending Raceway Nissan of Riverside to everyone, most especially to all that have had bad experience with other dealerships in the past. Highly recommend this dealer, especially Joveal and Amber (finance). I understand this dealership has a new owner that stepped in this april 2011 and has done an overhaul. I cannot attest to the previous owner (although the previous reviewer did), but I can tell you Joveal gave me the best deal on my murano, than any of the half dozen dealers I dealt with. Then once I got in there he had everything ready to go at the price he he promised on the phone. Normally My least favorite part is the finance person, but Amber was not pushy and the most pleasant finance manager I have ever worked with. My husband and I came all the way from Orange and walked out with smile on our face ( and not just because of the new car :) I would recommend these folks 100% More
Let the buyer BEWARE!!! This is an independent owner!! Very rude employees, especially the owner, Mr Leo Boese. You will regret it if you buy from this dealership.
