The manager and finance officer lied about my contact being final. Had me running around town for documents. The day the documents was do. I told them I didn't want car because the one I have was defect being final. Had me running around town for documents. The day the documents was do. I was there for 8 hours talking with each manager they all said the deal was final, but could not give me proof. Irvin told me to have the car service, because of the defects.. Service department said car pending so I have to pay.. went back to manager and finance guy. They both walk over to thei service department and came back to me with the same lie. I Call bank next day to check status, bank said I was still pending. I cancel the contract, because they were all liers and was trying to make me one. Capital One Auto Finace told to go to another and I can continue to do business with then and to Go back to dealer (Race Way Nissan). Ivin said I been trying to reach you. I said I know, because I talk with the bankgave me my car back and ask me to sign bill of sale. I refused because I never own the car. And I wrote that on the form. He took the paper back to finance and returned to me stating I could pick up my check in 5 days. Cost me a lot of time off work and stress. I spoke with another customer while waiting he said they did the same to him. His name is, James Bell Jr. (562) 313-8279. It was a terrible experience. The intake service person flat out lied about you long it would take to complete the job. He had an "I could care less attitude.".
