I live in the Churchland area and really wanted to purchase from the dealership closest to me as a matter of convenience (I visited more than once) but their customer service was severely lacking compared to that of RK Subaru. Hannah is knowledgeable, intuitive, and extremely personable. She quickly figured out what I was looking for and what was important to me. One visit with Hannah and after going through the various options, I decided to do a factory order. She made the process seamless and easy for me. She kept me updated on the status of my car and worked with me and my crazy rotating shift work schedule to get me the car as soon as possible. When I picked up my 2017 Impreza tonight she went over every detail with me and made sure the car was exactly what I wanted. Needless to say it is PERFECT! I am confident Hannah (and Greg Reynolds the GM) will do whatever it takes to make the experience professional and enjoyable. This has truly been an excellent car buying experience! More

I decided to pay RK Subaru of Virginia Beach a visit and was very pleased with the overall comfortable "laid back", and memorable car purchasing experience. My sales representative was Ms. Lynn Tichy (Also a Subaru owner herself). First off, I was impressed with Lynn's immediate familiarity with all models/trims/ and years of subaru's mostly "top of the head knowledge" She helped answer the questions I had and gave transparent comparison advice to me regarding the decision between trim options. Lynn was very laid back/ easy going and made the experience genuinely fun/ entertaining and memorable. RK Subaru did a great job getting the exact car I wanted (My choice being a 2017 Pure Red Wrx) and although they did not have that exact car sitting in their inventory; they located one and ordered it directly to the dealership. RK Subaru also was very helpful and easy going in working with my financial targets. This was easily one of the most enjoyable dealership experiences I have had and would honestly recommend them to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Subaru in the Virginia/ NE North Carolina area.
