I hate when I see sales people show a customer a product total opposite of what the consumer is looking for. As for the rest of the staff, Nick, the sales manager was very accommodating and professional. The facilities are spotless, display models pristine, employees all had smiles on their faces, and the mood was extremely positive. Happy employees make happy customers. As for price, no one could have done a better job than these fine people. Kudos, Joe Spadaro, for having such a fine business model and support staff that exhibit professionalism and take care of customers so well. More

Got a more than fair deal on a 2013 Altima and a better than good trade in on our old car. Salesman, Sherman, was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I came on a Wednesday night to look at the 2012 Nissan Versa. Immediately, we were greeting with a smiling face from Sherman Brooks and we began to look at a few cars in the lot. He was genuine and not the stereotypical "car salesman". He was very down to earth and was able to crack a joke. After my initial visit I told Sherman I'd be in contact... shortly after that I called him back to set an appointment. for the next morning. He met me at the dealership at 9am and work tirelessly to help me get the car i wanted! With my approved rate of 12.2%, Sherman insisted that they could find me a better rate through their bank. After about 1.5 hours of working Joseph Spadaro ran some numbers and tried every possible way to get me the monthly payment I desired. We negotiated for an hour and finally we came to an agreement! All of the salesman there were extremely nice and friendly, including the woman who sits at the front desk! They offered me drinks several times and were very patient with my working situation. I would HIGHLY recommend Nissan of Devon, the owner is professional and fair and all of his employees seem to genuinely like working for him! If your going for a Nissan ABSOLUTELY go to the Devon Dealership! More
I went on the Nissan Of Devon website after hearing their ad on the radio. It continued with a phone call from Valerie. She was very kind and courteous and set me up with an appointment. When I called her back the next day, with some trepidation, she assured me everything would be ok. Well, when I get to the dealership, I was greeted by many friendly and hospitable people. One of them was Phil, my sales consultant. After we talked, he showed me some vehicles. I knew he had listened to my needs because he did not try to sell me something I didn't need nor want. Even the financing process was stress free! Thank you Nissan Of Devon!! This was the fastest most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. More
I have been looking around for a new car for the past one month and dealt with lots of Nissan dealers in the area. Talked to them on the phone, email back and forth, and went into their dealership. However, none of them have provided satisfactory services and some of them like to play tricks. On Tuesday, I visited Nissan of Devon to purchase a car. They were very patient throughout the entire process. The quote they provided is very close to the price that I'm looking at. Hardly any bargain is needed. I would recommend this dealership based on the experience that I had with them recently. Hope they can keep it up. More
As soon as I pulled into the dealership the place was packed with customers and everyone had a smile on there faces . A very handsome fellow introduced himself as the General Manager and welcomed us into packed with customers and everyone had a smile on there faces . A very handsome fellow introduced himself as the General Manager and welcomed us into the dealership Nick Scalzo introduced us to Ruben he was polite knowledgable at to the point the staff acknowledged my husband and I even though they were very busy. I felt at home and purchased two vehicles there. The manager Scott was very clear with the price the fully disclosed every part of the buying process. I had the pleasure meeting the owner Joe and commend his staff for there professionalism and warmth. Nick introduced us to the finance director Ernie who explained ever thing to my husband and I with clarity and honesty. At no time during this process did I feel pressured or pushes to do anything but enjoy the experience. We purchase three products from Ernie because he sold them to us my husband worked at a dealership and knows the games. At Nissan of Devon you will get the best buying experience you ever has and will recommend this organization to everyone who is looking for a new or preowned vehicle. When we were leaving Nick Loscalzo gave us his cell number with a bug hug and kiss. I want everyone to tell your friends you have to check it out for your self what the buzz is about I will neve go any place for a new car again. I called my girlfriend she is going down on Monday to get hers . The rating of 5 is not enough there a 10+. More
I went to this dealer and initially it all sounded good.But, when they started negotiating the deal it all went crazy. Also, i had a out of state license and the reason primarily i went to this dealer is because i wanted a pennsylvania registration. They all agreed and said yes its possible and yes we can do it. But when the deal was worked out, now they are saying that u need to get your license converted to PA to be able to get PA registration. And i was like, honestly the Sales Rep Ms. Til was ok(she was doing her job), but the Sales managers i spoke to Jim and Scott, they are very rude. They trick you into agreeing on their terms. Now i dont have a car, after i waited for almost a week or so with this deal going. Now have i known the fact that i can't get the registration, i would not have even bothered coming here right at the start. All in All, Worst dealership i have ever seen. Don't really go there. More
