Beware of Service Repairs here. Received over a $1100 repair bill on a 2008 Nissan Sentra. The car was problem free since day one. It took the service department over 3 hours to diagnose the problem and repair bill on a 2008 Nissan Sentra. The car was problem free since day one. It took the service department over 3 hours to diagnose the problem and you are billed for that time. Car would not start due to a key that was not able to unlock the steering column or start the ignition. Was originally told that the key chip had to be reprogrammed and a new key cut. When this did not work they had to run the 3 hours of diagnostic time and said it was the Body Control Module (BCM) was shorted and needed replacement. Contacted Nissan North America Customer Service and they said it was an unusual part that needed replacement. Even though other items controlled by the BCM were working this was the only fix. While the staff was friendly it still did not take away the Ouch! from the cost. More

I had an extremely good experience with Alex at Devon Nissan! I just purchased the 2013 Altima and they origionally did not have the color I wanted and other Nissan dealers I had went too could not get t Nissan! I just purchased the 2013 Altima and they origionally did not have the color I wanted and other Nissan dealers I had went too could not get the Storm Blue Nissan I wanted and kept trying to push other colors on me. However I really wanted the storm blue being as this is my first car I am buying for myself I did not want to accept anything but the storm blue. Alex was wonderful she made several phone calls and was the only dealer that I felt cared enough about what I wanted and made it happen and then on top gave me the best price possible and really worked with what i could afford. Best car buying experience every and I cannot thank them enough and I love my new Altima !!! :) More
