Smiling faces, ok service and manipulative pricing. The dealership lies about pricing and will charge you more than the competitors during the final car of car buying. dealership lies about pricing and will charge you more than the competitors during the final car of car buying. More
I was in no rush to purchase a car and had spoken to Dan Brookes multiple times regarding what was available. I then made a list of every single thing I was looking to have in my new car and told Dan to ca Brookes multiple times regarding what was available. I then made a list of every single thing I was looking to have in my new car and told Dan to call me when he found it (expecting him to get back to me in a month or two). He called back within 20 minutes! I had a very strict budget I had to stick to and the team was able to give me everything I wanted (and more) for the budget I had. I am thrilled with my new Nissan Rogue and would recommend the car- and the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car! Thank you all for everything! More

I have been a customer of Devon Nissan for 10 years having bought 2 cars from them. However, we had a terrible service on the Quest. Recently, the AC and heating were not functioning. First they charge having bought 2 cars from them. However, we had a terrible service on the Quest. Recently, the AC and heating were not functioning. First they charged $305.77 in diagnostics. They send the problem was a cracked circuit board which had to be ordered. When the part was available, they took two days to install it for $464.32. When we picked up the van, the dashboard cover over the heating and radio controls was not attached and broken. The tech tried to say it was that way when we dropped off the vehicle was not true. Now we are waiting for Devon Nissan to order a new cover. Three trips to the dealership and $770 later and the problem is still not fixed. More
On Saturday July 27th, I traveled 160miles, from NJ to Pennsylvania to purchase a pre-owned 2012 VW CC that Nissan of Devon had taken on trade. Prior to this, I had communicated with Anthony Glover the In Pennsylvania to purchase a pre-owned 2012 VW CC that Nissan of Devon had taken on trade. Prior to this, I had communicated with Anthony Glover the Internet manger though email and phone about this car, we discussed overall mechanical condition, whether it was smoked in and if the current warranty was still active, and it was. I was comfortable I asked all the right questions and hoped Anthony was being honest with me with his answers. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Anthony who assigned a salesperson to assist me with the sale. While they prepped the car and we did the paperwork and I was very pleased to see the car in person, it was extremely clean and just as Anthony described. I was happy. But this was short-lived. When it was time for my test ride, I immediately depressed the clutch as this car was a six speed and wanted to ensure clutch was tight. Unfortunately this is where the sale went south. I noticed the clutch was not as smooth as it should be and indicated this to my salesperson. He said we should take it for a ride to make sure. The test ride confirmed to me that there was something wrong with the clutch on this car. When I went to discuss with Anthony he became very defensive and told me that his "Master" mechanic signed off on the car and that I was mistaken and there were no issues with the car. At that point I asked Anthony if I could take the car down the street to the Fred Beans VW about 200 yards down the road. He agreed but told me any diagnosis I would have to pay for. Well okay I said, but if they determine something is wrong with the car will Nissan of Devon reimburse me? He said he would try. I wasn??t happy but went to the VW dealership anyway and it turned out to need a clutch. Obviously I immediately cancelled the sale. As the dealer was not going to fix this for me and basically told me the car was as is. To make matters worse Nissan of Devon NEVER reimbursed me a dollar of my money. They are liars and thieves and everyone should beware when shopping there. In addition to the clutch they only had one key to the car and told me if I wanted another one it would cost me $450. They are sneaky and employ deceptive tactics, stay away and shop somewhere else. It will save you a lot of headaches. Here are some of the highlights of my trip to PA; Anthony told me the car only had one key and that's all they have and all I would get. BTW: VW key was quoted at $450 from Fred Beans. Anthony told me his ??used?? cars have no warranty except the manufacturers. Incorrect! Anthony told me his mechanic ??verified? the car. Incompetent! Anthony told me I can get it looked at independently AT MY COST. Anthony greeted me when I got back from Fred Beans with your best happy salesman ??"how'??d it go?" I was sitting right next to Fernando(Salesman) when you called him several times to ask for status, I listened to him tell you it was a clutch. Pathetic! Anthony told the sales guy sit with me the entire day over at Beans,?? poor guy lost any chance of commission on Sat all due to you. Shame on you Anthony! Anthony told Fernando to go ask the Fred Beans Service writer why the clutch isn'??t a warranty item? That?? that was actually funny! Anthony forgot to mention to me the tire pressure sensor light was on, probably due to not giving the car a pre sale look. Sad! All in all the trip cost me about $300 to commute to and come back from this dealership. I guess it was money well spent considering I would have never been able to bring it back to address all the issues. Not that they would have honored any warranty on the car. Had Anthony been an honest salesman he would have looked at the car prior and addressed or let me know about these issues before I made the journey. Thanks Chris More

Great service, real nice people, but they forgot to add my deposit to the payment for the car. I can't give them a perfect score because I have to go back to get my deposit refunded.
