I usually hate dealing with car salesmen. Scott made my experience very low stress, and actually enjoyable. Last month I visited "Nissan of Devon" to lease new Nissan rouge, But based on horrible experience I had at this dealership I would never recommend this dealership to any one!! I was quickly greeted by overly eager "Tim" and was constantly reminded that he is new at this dealership and still learning!!! Get pass that point I was made to wait more than 20minutes before the haggling started by Tim and his associates. I made it extremely clear what I needed and we agreed on a price point with Trade down as my old car. When Time came for final signoff, Tim and his associates conveniently threw a curve ball at me demanding HUGE($2200)down payment and also take my old car which is worth $3000(appraised by independent dealers).. I asked them why? and Tim conviniently tells me it was misunderstanding(right!!!) and they will need me to put down more money!!! I called off the deal right there and chose NOT to waste my time or be scammed by this dealership. Guess what next day I went to "CONICELLI NISSAN" at Ridge pike and got the better deal from them and most importantly without any tricks to scam the customer at last moment. I would NEVER recommend NIssan of DEVON dealership to anyone. More

I needed a new car and was looking for something practical. I chose Nissan of Devon after having gone to another dealership in West Chester that made many mistakes throughout the process, including practical. I chose Nissan of Devon after having gone to another dealership in West Chester that made many mistakes throughout the process, including sending me home in a car with a check engine light and broken radio. I took the car back and went to Nissan of Devon that made purchasing a car so easy. They got me a great interest rate despite my mediocre credit and lowered my car payment $150.00 a month! In addition, they did a full inspection of the car to be sure there were no issues after the fiasco with the other dealership. Mike the sales manager and Tim the finance manager both were nothing, but professional and courteous throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond for my needs as a customer and I will make sure to send everyone I know looking for a new car to this dealership. Kudos to the owner of this store for having a great team in place! More
After deciding to upgrade our 2006 Murano, we made an attempt at another dealer before choosing to go to Devon Nissan. The runaround and lengthy visit ended in a walkout on my part. I then decided to make some phone calls to feel out other dealers, when I came across Phil @ Devo Nissan. What a relief to not be pressured and to have someone listen to your purchasing needs. Fortunately, We were able to meet with Phil and the sales group within a couple of days, looked @ the vehicle we talked about and then decided on a 2010 Murano that was clean as a whistle with a similar price. What a great experience we had. In just about 2hrs. we were rolling out of there with smiles on everyones face. I didn't realize it was this easy. Thanks again, Mark More
So once again I set out to purchase a new car. Since I love Nissan I thought a Sentra would be a nice change of pace for my wife and I. Buying a new car is always an exciting event, the actual experience, not so much! This purchase would be number 11 and over the years I have seen it all. The crappy sales tactics, mind games and the many hours spent at the mercy of the dealership. Well that was all about to change when I received a call from a man by the name of Phil Snyder an employee of Nissan of Devon. I was attempting to sell my Nissan Versa privately and he had a friend who needed a good used car for getting back and forth to work. He inquired about the car and I answered his questions as honestly and accurately as possible. He told me he would speak to his friend and get back to me. I never expected to hear from him again. Long story short, I was very surprised when Phil called back and made me an offer on my old car. I then told him about my intentions of buying a new Nissan and that is when he stepped in and invited me to come to the dealership and take a look at the Sentras he had in stock. Oh boy I am thinking here we go! Everything he promised in the deal came to fruition. He was kind, considerate and not at all the typical car salesperson I had come to love over the years. I was dealing with a true professional who seemed to care about our expectations and what I thought. The staff was friendly, the GM came out to say hello and meet us. They even offered us lunch and made sure we were comfortable. Some one wake me I must be dreaming. In short, several hours later we were in our new car and driving off the lot. I must say I will always be a Nissan of Devon customer. What a wonderful buying experience I must say. I am not one to lavishly praise and I am one tough customer. Phil and the entire Nissan team realigned my expectations and set a new standard in customer service and value. I highly endorse Phil Snyder and the entire Nissan of Devon staff. I guarantee you will love the experience, the people and the car. These folks at Nissan know a customer is not an interruption of their work, we are the purpose of it. Super job Phil you have a customer for life. See you in a few years, the wife is already eyeing the JUKE! More
