I took it in for transmission problem. They did not address the issue and never even test drove vihicle. They changed oil and fixed a warranty issue with rear upper break light. More

I have had my truck serviced 3 times at Quality Chevrolet. And each time I have asked them to address a serious problem I have with the 8 speed automatic transmission on my truck. The first time Rogelio has responded by telling me there was nothing wrong with the transmission and shoving a piece of paper at me saying it was a side letter about the problem. The second time I brought it up he rolled his eyes and told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission, a hard shift was normal when you first drive the truck. This last time he again rolled his eyes and told me there was a side letter. I told him I knew that but there is something wrong its doing it when I slow but not completely stop then accelerate. I told him if you would have given me the side letter before I purchased the truck I would have never purchased it. He said he would have the service manager test drive the vehicle. When I picked it up it had the exact mileage as when I dropped off. When I attempted to confront him about it he told me I needed to bring the truck back for the issue with the rear roof brake light. When I brought the truck back a week later for the brake light repair I expected the transmission to be checked because that is what I originally brought the truck in for. Again the mileage was exactly what I had on it when I dropped off. I am really tired of being told that a brand new vehicle that doesn't shift for 5 second is exceptable. And I am really affended my the way Rogelio addresses the situation. It reflects poorly on your business .
