My husband Mike picked up our Traverse this time. He had asked about getting a replacement battery for the key when dropping off for oil chg. When he went in the individual at the first counter was fine, then they asked someone in the different area where you can purchase parts. This person said they were doing inventory and were not adding a charge$ for the battery, and the other individual at the parts counter said she did not agree with that and Mike should pay? Well we were not asking for anything free or discounted as we can afford the battery. This entire rude debate was done in front of Mike as if he was not even standing there?? This is disappointing, unprofessional and ridiculous. More
All good with the 90K mile checkup until I got the car home and found that all four tires had been underinflated to 32psi when the spec is 36psi. I don't normally write reviews but thought this might be helpful to those who value their time. First we had an appointment at 9am that took 3 weeks to get. W dropped the Suburban off at 8:30am, they didn' helpful to those who value their time. First we had an appointment at 9am that took 3 weeks to get. W dropped the Suburban off at 8:30am, they didn't get to our car for diagnosis until 4pm. After having the car for 2 days they sent us out with a diagnosis needing a part that they don't have and don't know when they can get. We were told "it could be a day or a month to get the part". They accomplished an oil and air filter change in 2 days and charged us $565. They are very nice when they are telling you how incompetent and inefficient they are. They are also very nice and sincere when they explain to you how your appointment really doesn't mean much at all. Not sure what else to say except the whole experience was an expensive waste of time, go somewhere else if you can. Also noteworthy- I've bought several company vehicles from quality chevrolet in recent years. I need more company vehicles soon and will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for reading. More
