He made my choice very easy ,and on our test drive Ed explained all of the details of the car as well as financing , trade in etc. Inside the building, which is very nice and open and clean , Ed did all the paperwork quickly and the entire time he made sure we agreed on the figures. Nothing was pushed on me or secretly added in, it was all done honestly, openly and professionally. As my insurance company was not very helpful , Ed asked if he could help , and he managed to get a real person on the phone and the insurance part was done ! That's what experience and a good personality can do . So overall I had a very easy car buying day thanks to Quality Chevrolet , but mostly thanks to the one and only Ed Carr !! More
