After trying to make a deal on a Blazer ev with four other Chevy dealers, I was able to make a deal with Brock at Quality due to price, focused attention on the potential sale and willingness to accommo other Chevy dealers, I was able to make a deal with Brock at Quality due to price, focused attention on the potential sale and willingness to accommodate my expressed needs. Once my wife and I arrived, we were greeted by Mikail Crosby, who took over the sale. Mikail was friendly, well-acquainted with all the functions of the vehicle, intelligent, non-pushy and very personable. He was very helpful, forthcoming and patient with me during the test drive. After three hours of working through the ins and outs of the leasing deal, I told him I was hungry and he immediately ordered and paid for a dinner through DoorDash. The deal ultimately took five hours from the time I arrived, to the time I left. When the deal was finally completed, after 5 hours, he got in the vehicle with me before I left to make sure I was familiar with all the functions I would need to understand, including the gps and the best way to get home. He told me not to hesitate to ever call or stop by for further training on how to use the many great features of the vehicle. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. I would recommend they work with Mikail, who rates a 10 out of 10, but I would warn them to expect the whole process to take between four and fives hours. More
