Christian, as the financing process bogged down, he explained to us, why it slowed down and where our paperwork was sitting at the time. He is a valuable asset to your organization and I'm sure he also sets an example for others to follow. The representative for the finance department was very friendly and lighthearted. Her explanation about the purchasing agreement was simple, made sense and to the point. While at the same time, we were encouraged to ask questions.
