I am very disappointed with the scam that occurred during my experience with Quality Chevrolet on September 27, 2025. I signed a Get Ready Authorization form that included car wash, 2 keys, owner manual (which I did not receive) and gas. As a witness to this Mr. Anthony Aguon, my salesperson, and one of my family members were witness to this agreement. However, at time of signing, the Pre-Contract Disclosure form listed the following option packages selected: Roadvantage Theft, Nano Ceramic Graph Elite and Mile Service Maintenance Contracts. I asked regarding these options that I DID NOT request to be added to the vehicle, and I was told that these options came with the vehicle that I selected to purchase. Later, when I looked through the paperwork that was given to me, I noticed that the carbon copy of my Get Ready Authorization form I originally signed had been TAMPERED with because someone, with different penmanship, had added to the form the following optional packages WITHOUT my consent: ceramic, theft and clear shield. Mr. Anthony said many times that he was “working for me and looking out for me” and that he is always truthful with his customers. He did a lousy job of looking out for his customer by allowing someone to TAMPER with the Get Ready Authorization form he had me sign. He was in on the scam. Mr. Anthony did not mention and/or didn’t even try to sell me the optional packages available. He allowed them to be forced upon me secretly without discussing them with me. What dishonest and liar of a salesperson he turned out to be. I’m very dissatisfied with the dishonesty and conduct of Quality Chevrolet staff members.
