Overall, the service itself was reasonable and what I would expect in general. However, my car battery was working completely fine when I brought it in, but they charged me for a new battery. The car sat for months at the dealership, which is more than likely why the battery died - not a fault of mine. I feel that is unfair and I will not be returning to this location unless they make this right.
