I purchased a vehicle from a reputible dealership and ended up paying over $1000 less. I clearly outlined what had happened at your dealership and there is no resolution as I have no interest in ever coming to your dealership again. I worked for many years at a Dodge dealership while what your sales manager did is not considered illegal it is extremely unethical. Personally speaking I would recommend cleaning house as looking at your dealership reviews on other websites this has happened many times before.

Hi Lewis, we have talked and you have defended your dealerships deceptive practices. Since you claim that you add this $1400 fee on every car you sell, why does you dealership hide this information from the consumer in the online advertising? Why don't you just make it known and show your advertised price including the $1400?
