Good Morning.. my name is Tom Linnehan and I'm the service manager here at Purvis Ford. I read your letter and I want to apologize for what this outcome has become. I was informed by Bob that you had bought your vehicle from another dealer and you were having a rough ride/vibration condition with only 300 plus miles on it. When we pulled your info from FMC we saw the build date was in April and it had no warranty start date. possible do to you just purchasing it sometime on Friday 21st and the system was not up dated. FMC on any tire claim/warranty replacement.. the vehicle must have 1000 to 1500 mile driven. Very seldom to we see balancing issues from the factory.. more so flat spots do to inventory sitting for lengths of time and not be rotated .. meaning moved around so the vehicle is not sitting in one spot for more than 30 days.
