Took my car in for the Works. Was told that they couldn't rotate my tires because one of the lug nuts wouldn't come off. When I got home and check it out. It appeared the lug nut in question, was stripped wh rotate my tires because one of the lug nuts wouldn't come off. When I got home and check it out. It appeared the lug nut in question, was stripped while trying to remove it. I then was able to just remove it when a pair of needle nose pliers. It's a little strange, to say the least... Sincerely. Check engine light came on in my F250 diesel pickup so I called Purvis Ford for a service appointment. The issue was error code P208A - "Reductant Heater A Control Performance." Earliest appointment was 13 called Purvis Ford for a service appointment. The issue was error code P208A - "Reductant Heater A Control Performance." Earliest appointment was 13 days later on Dec. 2nd 2021. Upon arrival and check-in I was told it would be 24 to 48 hours before they could perform a "diagnostic" on my pickup even though I had an appointment. No estimate was provided as to when repair could be completed. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! More

The guy that helped us set up the appointment and then took the car and was the same one when we picked up was extremely helpful and friendly. He usually works sales and is a mechanic.
