I told him exactly what I wanted which I knew was a hard truck to come by only a couple in 500 mile radius. Cerritos,longo,universal,downey and others wouldn't deal with me or give me a good deal. The price was brought down on my tacoma and shipped from Victorville. Even now about a month after purchase he still answers my emails about questions I've had. If your in the market for a vehicle ask for derrick bates! More

I had my CarMax quote on my matrix and did lots of research before I took it to trade in anywhere and this dealership was mentioned to me by multiple people who had amazing experiences and told me how sincere and helpful staff is. As much as I dreaded stepping foot at another Toyota dealership, the power of word to mouth convinced me. It has been one of he best decision I have ever made and I have Ron Landin to thank for it. I explained the situation I was in and how I was desperate to mainly not have to deal with the orange county dealership ever again regardless of how upside down I would be and he gave me my options, made recommendations and his personal idea of what the best and worst thing I could do in my situation. Among many things I was happy, relieved, and thankful. David was very helpful in all the questions I asked him. Max Rezai gave me a run for my money. I kept negotiating back and forth with him until he finally gave in and gave me what I wanted. He said that I should go shopping with him because I was a great negotiator (LOL). Sim Luu finalized my paper work and he was a funny guy that kept making me laugh. Sim was very helpful and did my financing as quickly as he could to get me out and drive my car home. Larry Sian assisted my with insurance and was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me a great rate for my vehicles. My overall experience with the guys mentioned and the dealership was excellent.
