I came to the dealership with a pre-approval rate from my credit union. I had researched for two weeks the type of car I wanted and the features. I found everything I wanted in a used Camry that had to have less than 20k miles at this dealership. Ray assisted me and found the exact car I was looking for and was very nice throughout the process. He spent a lot of time going over all the features of the car when I was done with the paperwork. He synced by phone to the Blue Tooth and my music. Showed me where all the buttons were in the car and told me I could contact him anytime after the sale. I never felt pressured. I don't like buying cars as the sales people can be fake and only concerned about the sale. Ray was always kind and went above and beyond even after the sale was completed with the finance manager. Everyone always say how money hungry dealers are but I never got that from derrick he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I told him exactly what I wanted which I knew was a hard truck to come by only a couple in 500 mile radius. Cerritos,longo,universal,downey and others wouldn't deal with me or give me a good deal. The price was brought down on my tacoma and shipped from Victorville. Even now about a month after purchase he still answers my emails about questions I've had. If your in the market for a vehicle ask for derrick bates! More
