Excellent service Came in to view a truck off the Toyota certified website. It was listed at the wrong price but they were willing to meet me in the middle. Derricks level of professionalism was refreshing. He introduced me to his Internet Sales Manager, Greg who gave me an overview of their philosophy - which is similar to the CarMax model. The Finance Manager Kim zipped through my paperwork in record time - she explained my options but in no way pressured me.. As a bonus, they have an Allstate office on site and since I have Allstate, they added the car to my policy in about 5 minutes.
