I bought CPO Prius and when I got home I noticed an accessory was missing. I met with David Cervantes (Sales & Leasing Specialist) who was so friendly and very helpful! I told him about my price range and he led me to the car which I now proudly own. David was able to make this car buying experience so smooth, I couldn't believe it! I have never witnessed such a positive and friendly car buying experience, but David and Sim Luu (Sales & Leasing Consultant) made it all worthwhile and gave me a great deal and excellent customer service. I was so impressed that I brought my mom in the next day to the dealership because she was looking for a car to buy as well. I asked for none other than David Cervantes to help us out because of his helpfulness, patience, and friendly customer service that I had dealt with the day before. My mom was very impressed with his willingness to work with the budget and pricing. Sim also helped out my mom with her transaction and she was very pleased with both David and Sim being so helpful.
