Just go straight to Tom. I've had other issues with management not replacing a windshield covered by a Class Action lawsuit... They did the dumb pen test and brushed me off. I had to go to West Covina for that incident. But I was reassured to be back at Toyota Puente Hills when I had Tom help me along the way. I practically had a lemon '13 FR-S. Tom always made me comfortable that I'll be taken care of. There are small fine and few people like Tom who cares about their customer's and experience. Thanks again for putting my faith back into Warranty repair and customer service. More
